I have a 2630-20 GEN-1. Milwaukee must have updated the base plate on the next Gen causing mine to stick. Notified Allen (the owner) who (after a couple of measurements) took immediate action to upgrade my parts. I could not ask for better customer service from someone who cares about their product and customer. This is my second purchase from this supplier and as long as he continues to engineer and manufacture quality product backed by demonstrated excellent support I will definitely be back.

Does an excellent job of working with people. I had him make a custom wall for my Milwaukee track saw. I sent him a few measurements and it was spot on.
