At Ripperden Resources, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return requests are are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You must contact us for an RMA number before returning product.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable unless there’s a proven issue with the file.
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval, rejection, or partial refund.
If approved, your refund or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at our cost. If you request to exchange an item, contact us at support@ripperdenresources.com. Exchanges that are not our fault, i.e. item purchased for incorrect model number, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us and the exchange item shipped to purchaser.
