Capabilities

3D Modeling & Design Services:

We use 3D modeling software and our experience to model and design parts and assemblies based on your requirements.  Combine this capability with 3D scanning and the variety of materials we can employ when printing, and we can meet nearly any requirement you have that these materials can cover.

3D Scanning:

We have the capability to to scan nearly any object from small parts the size of a pen cap (or smaller) to large objects on the order of a car (and larger).  We can scan in color and both dark and reflective surfaces.  The accuracy is down to 0.04 mm.

Printing Technologies:

We have the capability to 3D print using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).

Ultra & High Performance Materials:

Need extreme toughness, strength, chemical resistance and heat resistance properties, we have you covered.

We can create your parts using ultra and high performance polymers like PEEK, PEKK, UltemTM, PPSU, PPS, PSU, to name a few.  Many of these materials are also available with composites added.  Carbon-fiber and glass fiber are examples.  We can create these parts too.

Engineering Grade & General Purpose Materials:

Have requirements that don’t need ultra and high performance polymers, we have your cover there too.  Engineering grade and general purpose materials can fulfill many requirements for toughness, strength, and chemical resistance and are more economical than ulta and high performance polymers.

We can create your parts using materials like PPE/PS, PPA/PA (Nylon), PC/ABS, ASA, TPU, PETG, PLA, PP, and OBC, to name a few.  Many of these materials are also available with composites added.  Carbon-fiber and glass fiber are examples.  We can create these parts too.
